Now this question is a little personal and by no means am I asking anyone to share their weight with me or their measurements? I'm asking do you guys check them? I know that for some people it is important for them to keep track of their BMI's due to health risks also due to certain sports such as being in certain weight groups like in wrestling, in boxing, MMA fighting, I get that. I just want to know for the average, you know, gel, girly, individual, if you check it. I stopped using the scale about two and a half, three years ago. I personally had negative connotations with it. I have now just started getting more comfortable with the idea of using it as a guide and not as something to punish myself with. Something that I would use. I used to use it as a way to shame myself because of what I was brought up with. So I just wanted to know, do you guys use the scale and measurements or not? I used to have a bad connotation with it, and now I don't. I don't look at it, I bought a new scale, I haven't looked at it yet, but that's the journey I'm on. Just wanted to know what you guys are thinking about.
I'm on keto right now so I do check my weight but like, yeah you know, I check my weight sometimes, you know? I'm on Keto so I kind of have to see if it's actually working.
How's your keto journey? I remember it becoming like a trend and being everywhere to being pretty much like ignored like it's so silent now so how's that journey been for you.
I'll check I'll check my my weight at the beginning of the week and at the end so like on Monday in the Friday and then I'll check my measurements That's about it I will and then I'll calorie count to
Yeah, I was thinking about starting to do something similar to that. I wouldn't do it every week, but I'm thinking like maybe twice a month or just once a month. to like just to keep up with it, I guess.
But calorie counting, I feel like how is that for you? because I remember thinking about going through that journey of doing calorie counting and I felt like it made me feel restricted so much.
No it's a cold crisis it's not like really too restrictive it just depends on him what's available in your area and what you know how to do because I have to meet person after about 5600 cal a day and for me it is great
I really really love the fact that you're able to do that. Unfortunately with I think that also too my lifestyle isn't consistent especially with the way I work so I don't have accessibility to food properly.
I shouldn't say necessarily I don't have accessibility to food. I just don't have opportunity to eat in like the right times. It's very hard to explain.
I actually barely check my weight. I only really check it if there's a weight around. So if I go to to my aunt's house and they have one, I'll do it there, but I don't own one myself.
Yeah, like I I really don't use it unless if I'm at the doctors, you know, like I rarely ever use it I think I still go by the weight that I last saw like three years ago and I don't think I'm that weight
Are you Eli just almost just about anything that long as it follows in within a certain a certain Garland but it's not too restrictive I'm just have to get creative with it and you'll be straight
The moment I have the opportunity to probably shift my work lifestyle, I think that that would align with me much better. Because I thought about it, I've tried and it doesn't work
Absolutely, like I'm 90 pounds, like I love my weight. I only eat toys a week. I eat salad and it has to have chicken. Chicken is your protein. Get a big booty. You have to ride your bicycle though. And the thing is you gotta drink 10 glasses of water a day. it makes you lose like 400 calories a day.
