If you're a healthy eater or on a diet, I want to know what you do and what restaurants you go to when you decide to go out for a meal. Or if you've found different restaurants that are on the healthier side, I want to know your input. Because we're trying to be a little bit healthier and we do still like going out sometimes on dates and whatnot, taking our family out. So I just want to know where you think is good places to go.
I don't really go to restaurants. If I do, I do Panera. I will do Chipotle sometimes, which is not the healthiest, but still something better. Or I always go to Whole Foods and Spouts and get like a grab and go.
I love chipotle and so does my wife that's somewhere that we frequent I find that winter is a little bit too expensive for my liking where is a chipotle we just kind of split one a bowl and I don't know what sprouts sprouts
Yes, I've actually made a list of healthy spots in the area, in the region that I live, and I've actually shared that list with people who are, you know, doing fasts or doing any type of nutritional adjustments. I think it's really important to know those things.
That's awesome, and I'm sure the people that you've shared it with have also shared it with other people so it's probably gone a lot farther than you even know which is like so awesome and cool.
It also depends on what kind of dietary restrictions you have and the term healthy in the definition health and could be different for everybody so if you have dietary restrictions and that kind of thing but if you need some of that help let me know and I can help you out
That's so true it definitely depends we all have our different ideas of healthy I'm just kind of thinking like obviously not McDonald's and I I would consider ""I know it's not crazy healthy but like chipotle type deal
Depending on the region that you live in, some places have a lot more choices for healthier alternatives. And unfortunately, there are a lot of places in North America that are like food deserts. and the only options are unhealthy and that's very unfortunate.
Why is this so true some places literally just have all kind of desserts and well I love that and well I love to try them that's not what I want to be surrounded by 24 seven you know
I think it's by design because I do know that if every single person had equal access to healthy food and had equal access to education so that they knew about what they were putting in their bodies through food there would be less sickness
And unfortunately we live in a world where disease and illness is an industry it's a very sad reality but that's why I'm just so passionate about advocating for education and giving information to people
And beyond that we also can't rely on the government to make the changes so that healthy food options are available both in supermarkets and in restaurants and we have to really make our voices heard
So I don't want to get into a whole big thing about it but I think the most important thing is to have these types of conversations to share about it as much as you can and just be the example be that light in the world in and be the influence in your community
