Breakfast is the most important meal of the day we've all heard it we all know it but we all eat it I personally someone who struggles with eating breakfast I go through phases where I will have like some thing that I am just really liking and fixated on and I'll eat it every morning but then until I find the next day I'll go like a while without eating breakfast it's just like a hit or miss for me so do you breakfast
OK stop me and breakfast have a good relationship because I when I was pregnant I eat breakfast every day I like to breakfast because pregnancy you know whatever so I eat eggs at like between like seven and 8 o'clock in the morning I had two eggs every day and then I would have fruit or like toast or a muffin or some thing like after that and now that I'm not pregnant I tend to forget to eat breakfast a whole lot more also unless I go out for breakfast like I don't eat breakfast
Breakfast for dinner is bomb OK but breakfast breakfast at breakfast time I don't know it depends I don't really have the patience for it I think I love me some scrambled eggs and stuff but like I struggle with like my self image a lot so like I always think about your breakfast and I'm gonna add like those extra calories I mean I'm gonna be bloated all day so I try not to eat till dinner
Definitely haven't been a breakfast person in like 20 years. But recently, within the past few months, I started having breakfast on a regular basis. It's better for my health, I think. My partner always tells me that as well. And I just want to be, need to be healthy. This is where I'm at in my life. I just want to take care of my health. should be having the corner quo most important meal of the day.
