What are the top three things that you focus on on a daily for me it's to be focusing on my mental spiritual and physical and I recently just uploaded a TikTok and the real and Instagram about that because ever since I started focusing more on my well-being and fill in my cup rather than pouring pouring pouring and leaving myself empty it's just benefited me a ton

I focus on my mental health so always doing at least one thing that's going to encourage the best side of me I focus on feeding my body and at least getting something into it in a 24 hour period and I don't

My third one would be just in general to be one percent better each day so trying something new or doing something out of my comfort zone to be able to be one percent better

I take care of myself first everything else comes after that that way I can get things done help other people yeah that's the way I do it

Exactly you said it perfectly if we don't take care of ourselves and our mental health of our physical how are we gonna be healthy or strong enough to be able to take care of others it's just it off it falls under the category

So I've actually been really bad with this, but I think going forward three things I want to focus on is Fixing my circadian rhythm because I've been sleeping in way too much So definitely getting in sunlight, drinking enough water, and eating at least three hours before I sleep.

I'm so excited for the goals you have planned and it doesn't matter we didn't wanna pass it only matters what you do from now on and go y'all subs remember you were taking care of your gut health that takes a ton of energy to do it and for that reason not a lot of people do it

That's perfectly well said you need to nurture your tribe part being in order to be able to pour out you have to allow yourself to be poured into and we also have to port interest selves in those three ways so I'm really happy that you're doing that now

So I love this idea. I don't have like three things that I intentionally focus on every day. I mostly just work on what needs to be done. But I'm going to start implementing this. Mike, I think this is a really good idea. Thanks for sharing that.

I love that honesty being on the stereo how it has helped me a lot because just talking to different people hearing what they have to say learning there any ideas it just you can get little tips and tricks for everybody to implement for yourself
