Hey mamas so we are going to talk about a fun activity that I do for my kids on Easter like always typical thing is a Easter egg hunt depending on the weather, we will have it inside and so what I do is I just hide eggs around the house pretty simple for them so that way they don't have to like work too hard but still like a mystery for the men I like to set aside at least anywhere between like 3 to 5 eggs and I called those like the special eggs so like that something that I don't put candy in like for example like I will put like a few dollars in there so we consider like a money egg or I will put like a hot wheel in there or like in like another like small random told me and then also what I will do is I'll put like a special note in there that will say oh you get to go to the store and pick out Like a treat like I could be ice cream or I'll take them out for ice cream so that's what I do I just kind of I'd like my own little way to it I've been doing that for practically for like eight years now my oldest will be eight here soon and so that's what I like to do for my kids what's a fun activity that you like to do with your kids on Easter let me know
Because my oldest is to an end up having another baby a year after her it was always around spring and Easter so we haven't really had much of a chance to do any activities but I want to so those are good ideas and we are definitely to do when he's dry come
So last year my toddler didn't really understand like the concept of what an Easter egg hunt was like all he wanted to do was like shake the eggs and honestly throw them around but
We always celebrate the holidays with my sister-in-law and her children and we paint eggs we do an Easter egg hunt we usually have like three or four golden eggs which will have like money or a little note that you can collect a prize
And with a golden egg we usually put like a note or money inside of it to collect a prize we try to do less candy because you know Phoebe and her diabetes but that's usually what we do
Yes, this is something that my family has always done for Easter eggs for me and my siblings growing up. And I definitely want to keep this going with my son. I'm so excited today. or this year's the first year that I get to do an Easter I'll come up with him and it's going to be awesome.
That sounds like so much fun so my daughter is too so what I'm gonna do for Easter I'm gonna like decorate a little bit do you like a little a kind and then towards that I'm gonna put like her big basket full of like little activities and toys and what not for her
Oh, that is such a good idea. So we typically do like eggs with like toys or stickers or like little tattoos in them. That's been like a fun one that we do for the kids and and then like the Easter baskets, we don't do too much right now.
Just because they are still younger. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what types of traditions we want to do, but definitely the Easter egg hunts and the Easter baskets, but we don't do like the picture or anything.
I have never taken Easter pictures before and I think if I ever do it I think I'll just like do it at home myself but another thing that might be good for you and your family especially since you have little ones and I do it with my toddler
This is the first year that my kid is old enough to do an Easter egg hunt and I am so pumped to do it it'll actually be nice enough outside to do it which is awesome I can't wait to find out in a little face light up when I find stuff and I remember doing it
Now the kids and grandparents they could be outside doing their Easter egg hunt while me and my wife we could be in the bedroom now doing our little Easter egg hunt ourselves and finding the eggs and shit
