So this air quality alert has really been messing with my sinuses the past couple days and I just have like lotta sinus pressure going on and my head absolutely is like pounding I like really stuffy and like my nose like I feel like these little air bubbles keep like popping in my nose it's so weird so hopefully it goes away soon apparently the air quality alert is supposed to go away tomorrow so I'm really really hoping that It is better tomorrow and then hopefully in a few days my sinuses will all clear up but yeah I don't know if anyone else in their area had like an air quality alert but let me tell you it sucks

I really hope the smoke clears up and you stop feeling better soon.
