Alright which one do you think is better calisthenics or going gym and doing weights and there is a little people out there that for calisthenics and to be fair you can put an amazing physique just from calisthenics and you don't have to go to the gym at all so yeah come later

I think with calisthenics when you do it for a long time I think you'll become a lot stronger than if you just buy weights

The thing is I prefer gym and weights because it's just an easier option but if I have to pick between the two, it will be calisthenics because it really helps your body. But the thing is it's just much harder.

I feel like with calisthenics it only works on the upper body. I haven't seen people train with legs with calisthenics. You know what I mean? But like, you could do it with weights and gym.

I feel like lifting waves like way easy because you like a better foundation and fucking overloaded way faster but like calisthenics if you keep that shit up you get like a fucking fucking amazing body like like Chris here you

Personally I prefer to do weights but in terms of what's better I'm not really too sure but because I've seen some mad, you know calisthenics athletes so So yeah, I'm actually not too sure.

You know what is calisthenics is for like athletes and whatnot because your natural weight whatnot You're not gonna be as stiff, but then gym weights It's a quicko route, so I think I'd prefer gym weights.

Honestly, I'd prefer calisthenics but I do a lot of gym weights because I can't I haven't lost in my own body weight yet.

They both do different things calisthenics honestly give you more of a better aesthetic and they make you better at bodyweight movements gym ways make you like a bodybuilder but I depend on the type of person you want to be in who you are
