Resting is very important when trying to achieve your overall goal. So whether you're training for sports or training at the gym, training cardio or running or whatever it is, it is just as important to rest so your body can regenerate and come back stronger really. I mean really depends like it's like I think a series injury I'm obviously taking a while off but you know like if your dick talk about days I take rest 32 days for sure
I mean honestly I don't take rest days just so I can keep the muscles moving but you know I mean most people do 1 to 3 days depends on if you were a girl you know whatever
I am right now I'm trying to be consistent and working out so I'm just trying to work out every day as long as I can before I start putting rest days end but I don't know if the rest days happen naturally and they do you know that go with the flow
