Resting is very important when trying to achieve your overall goal. So whether you're training for sports or training at the gym, training cardio or running or whatever it is, it is just as important to rest so your body can regenerate and come back stronger really. So I'll have to own it in a half then due rest in a week.
I would say I take three to four rest days a week whereas in like you know I might still do cardio but I'm not gonna be lifting or you know anything like like that, like new weights.
But when I do rest I feel like I'm like lazy or something I don't want to keep working out but I wish I I wish I didn't have to rest but it is what it is
