Alright, so I figure I've got decent posture but still not where it should be. I feel like I'm a little bit around my back a little bit when I'm walking and stuff. So yeah I just wanted to know what is the best exercise is for posture and what side that will help me to fix your posture. So let me know.
So from what I've been told fixing' little more complicated than people realise I think bad posture is caused by Lacerne weak muscle so you got work on those muscles
I don't know about exercises, but this is something I always do like in situations Or just in everywhere, I guess when I'm in school if I notice I'm like I'm my posture back I just sit up every time you notice you have your posture wrong Just sit up. I don't might be hard for you to notice, but like it isn't that hard to like feel something on your neck Okay what kind down
So great exercises for posture squats deep squats are good if you do it correctly Not so not so heavy on the weights, but rather more of them and then deadlifts for sure for sure but again extremely important to do it correctly otherwise it's going to mess you up.
