Alright do you guys, how many calories do you have a date with me personally don't buy flash thought just so that I know of myself how many: I'm assuming you stay with us a healthy amount unhealthy month or if it's just right for what I'm aiming for

Absolutely not like once you get into calorie counting and tracking I feel like it's just "I know it's a slippery slope and I quite like disordered eating I like your ancestors with until the associated they did not talk

Yeah I agree so much on this I already had a voice note but are you having any disorder and calories are not always accurate as well like companies will try to round up and I feel like eating like non-processed

All right I weigh 150 I'm 58 in i.e. like 2500 to 3000 cal a day and work at twice a day I'm gonna depend on like how much you do but yeah

yes and i never realized how many calories i used to actually eat before and it's like i used to eat like 2500 to 3000 calories per day which is just crazy but like Now I eat like 1500 on average.

No but I've been eating the same thing for two weeks so I know that it's less calories than what I used to eat

No way the only time I counted was when I was taking a nutrition class but I I definitely try to eat healthy but I can't count calories it's makes me too obsessed it's not worth it
