I don't but I have in the past so I can kind of range what it is that I'm eating and I know if I'm eating more than I should or less than I should and had a kind of balanced out
Me personally as well, I don't think I do, you know, I feel like I'm quite athletic so I don't really need to calorie count. You know, and also I know kind of roughly what I've been taking is not really going over the limit by too much or even if it goes over.
I used to be fat as fuck so yeah sometimes when I can be built but I used to be fucking huge I would my next name used to be bowling ball. Yeah, thank God for calories
