Okay during Covid lockdown times what was everyone doing to make sure they stay healthy because for me personally Aaron balls in 5K runs or even sometimes I will go to the outdoor gym just to make sure that I stay healthy and access as much as I can

I remember me and my brother we like diddly circuit training as we are like a skipping rope I will never did like deflect circuit as an exercise is in a park next to my house

You already know you're going to be hitting those ab workouts. You've got to keep the fat off the stomach. Obviously those runs all the way through as well. If you can, do pull-ups, push-ups, set-ups, squats. They're all good workouts. That's just the main ones at least.

Between hit workouts and then we also bought weights to do at home so then I would just do like arms legs literally just my classic gym stuff and then we also tried one of those waited hula hoops over Cove it it was pretty cool

Oh at first I was the runs and then you're just playing football Try to get a callous calisthenics but that was a unsuccessful but I was just doing a little run in football

I bought 220 kg dumbbells and I just started banging out like a tricep exercises and shoulder press on my shoulders and triceps countries blew up
