Okay during Covid lockdown times what was everyone doing to make sure they stay healthy because for me personally Aaron balls in 5K runs or even sometimes I will go to the outdoor gym just to make sure that I stay healthy and access as much as I can
You know, that's a very good question because I remember back in Covid times, I would always go on bike rides with my friends, which really moved me. me and I'll do James as well.
You know, actually during the lockdown I didn't even have a gym membership and I don't really have much equipment at home so to be fair I was just going on a lot of runs you know trying to do push-ups whenever I can and stuff but I didn't really have a lot to work with.
During the lockdown, I didn't do any exercise. I gained weight instead of losing. I was really skinny before and then I was really fat and now I'm really skinny again.
Me personally, I was breaking into my local outdoor gyms and I was playing a lot of football and local pictures early in the morning and late at night so yeah
