Hey guys, after an 11 hour shift, I am exhausted and slightly sleep deprived, but I am heading to the gym. I don't really want to go, but I do know that I'll feel better after going, and I also have some seafood pasta waiting for me at home. So my question today is, what has motivated you to work out this week?
Man first of all I wanna say good for you for like pulling an 11 hour shift and then now you're going to the gym like that takes a lot of willpower so just give yourself a pat on the back for that for me it's just my mental health like it's been declining this whole month
I know if I have a consistent workout routine then that shit should go back to normal so I've been trying with little success to make it consistent but I did two days in a row So little progress, right?
You're so kind. Thank you so much. Honestly, forget me. When you're coming out of a rut, it is the hardest thing to do. When it comes to my mental health, like it will debilitate me to the means of not being able to move.
So shout out to you for being able to get up. Two days is better than anything that you could have thought that you could have possibly done when you were in your rut, right? So forget me, kudos to you. Do what you can do.
You are so kind and you are so sweet and so nice and like this is the first day I got this app so what a nice like way to start it out but I just want to let you know that your words are totally encouraging and I
Not only did you totally brighten my day and make my day better, but I'm already planning on going to the gym again tomorrow, so thank you for making a stranger's day better. awesome.
You are such a sweetheart. Absolutely. I hope that you had a great day today. Whether you made it to the gym or not, you're doing way better than you thought you could have before. So kudos to you and it's almost the end of the week. So Happy.
That is actually hysterical because I was just telling my boss today that I have these one pair of jeans that helped me figure out if I should be working on my legs a little bit more. If the seams pop a little bit, I'm like I still got work to do.
That part I have a few trips coming up this year. It's the first time I'm really traveling since a little bit before COVID hit. and so so many outfits and so many looks that I want to portray and have so yeah
You're such a sweetheart. I hope that I'm always able to motivate people just a little bit. Not too much, but just a little bit. Hope you had a great day. Happy Wednesday!
You're absolutely right discipline and truly consistency is what helps because you can be consistent and not really doing much of the gym but at least you're making yourself go there right so that helps.
You're absolutely right. I think what people struggle with the most is what they don't know what they can handle. you know what I mean? The unknown is what the uncertainty really lies in, but I see what you're saying. Thanks.
I kind of agree with you. I don't really imagine my body but more so in the things I want to see myself wearing or something I want to look good in, that kind of helps me. I see what you're saying though.
What motivates me to work out is just being healthy in general and these hoes on Instagram like that you can't damn in your show me your six pack make me wanna go get my six pack in Spyro
When you said being healthy, I was like, alright, and then when you said the IG Health, alright sis, that's the part. That's what I want to hear. You know sometimes you see other people live in their lives. You're like I could live that too. So I heard you
Oh my god, I wish that sweets was like a motivation for me, but I don't eat sweets. I wish you know what? Anytime you have a donut, have another one of solidarity for me please. Thank you.
