Alright do you guys watch we eat on a day-to-day basis because for me personally I do I just the weather like will it be the most unhealthy food or the healthiest food doesn't really matter have a full leg and start watching what you just a little better like more healthy lifestyle
More recently, I have not in the way that I restrict myself, but when I'm grocery shopping or buying things to make at home, I always look at the ingredient list to really make sure there's no preservatives and additives because I feel like those mess me up.
If you know me, I lost, I didn't I was a big boy last year But now, I've started to watch what I eat But recently I haven't, I've been letting myself go Maybe because Ramadan is coming up so... turn it a 100...
To be fair, I don't really watch what I eat. Obviously if I start, like, if I'm eating a lot of unhealthy stuff and I start noticing that, you know, I'm looking more unhealthy and stuff, then yeah, I'll certainly change it. But as of now, I don't really, I don't watch that all.
I mean sometimes I like it's like different likes which is like sometimes I just binge eat and then sometimes I really watch my way I really watch what I eat like yeah I don't know
This is gonna get deep here, but I really don't care what I put in my mouth because in all honesty diets are all lies and they don't really do much. they're all pretty much unhealthy so yeah.
