Yeah, that's kind of what I used to hit. I used to be so insane where I would work out first thing in the morning and then after work later that evening, just to do something like low intensive in the morning and then high intensive later. That was kind of like my vibe.
Honestly, I haven't worked out in over like a year, but I really need to start getting on it because I gained like 30 pounds and I need to lose them fast.
Girl, we've all been there, but I want to say don't lose it fast. Just lose it at your own pace. it the way that makes you comfortable and just have a good time doing it.
I think everyone's frequency of workouts are different and everyone goes at their own pace so slacking doesn't necessarily mean you know what that is because you look good as hell I don't wanna

See, that makes sense to me too. I used to work out like in the morning before going to work and then right after. So I would be working out about the same amount like 8-9 times.
Yeah, I would have to say I'll go five times a week just because I get more time to work out all different body parts and add some cardio in there. So essentially it kind of helps me balance everything out and it's such a great thing to do.
Oh, you sound like you have like a workout regime. I like that. I try to do whatever is convenient for me or depending on what kind of workload I have next day.
So many people are in that same space. I personally been in that same place. I didn't work out for like three months because I was just too depressed to do so. and so just being able to do our work out, maybe even one, even in the comfort of your home.
As I was saying, even if you can do it in the comfort of your home, in your room, something is better than nothing. So just get your body just in the motion.
