So I did not get to finish but I was gonna say I Tried to get off birth control before and I bled for like a month and a half nonstop Then I had to get back on it, but when I got off the second time I did way better because I was taking the herbs and it helped a lot.

Yeah so I just had to cycle sync I don't know if you know what that is but it does implement like herbs and supplements and vitamins on certain phases of your menstrual cycle and it has been helping me out like a ton already

No the Depo is what fucked me up as I probably will never take touch birth control ever again but that took an emotional toll a weight toll at yeah that shit was depressing as hell

No seriously because that shit made me gain like 50 pounds made my skin break out I was tweaking out on people I shouldn't have I was super depressed it was just an absolute mess of something to take and I would never suggest that to my worst enemy
