I have tried it and I will say that I've done it unintentionally even like I've been so busy with work or school And I'm like oh shoot. I haven't eaten an X amount of hours But getting back to your question. I didn't feel the best truthfully and because I Am a major snacker like I like snacking throughout the day rather than having three meals I know, a bit weird. But yeah, I'm interested to hear more about your results though.
