What's an average time to rest in between sets? When you're resting, do you go on your phone? Are you talking to someone in the gym? Are you just quiet, listening to music? Let me know. Me personally, when I'm in the gym, I would take around a minute, minute and a half between sets and just listening to music.

Honestly depends lately I've been training to failure so I'll take her anywhere from 2 to 3 minutes I'm rest and if it's a harder workout maybe like I have your compound I'll do the three minutes

I will before are used to rest for a minute between sets but now I try to rest around 2 to 3 minutes between sets I feel like it works out better and it's better for your muscle growth really
