How often do you guys weigh yourself? I feel like weighing yourself is a touchy subject because it can be very detrimental to your determination and motivation especially when you're not seeing your results. But I'll weigh myself maybe every two weeks, three weeks because I feel like the more I weigh myself if I'm not hitting the goals I want to I've started to lose motivation or just kind of feeling that mindset of I can't be bothered is that a Good thing, bad thing. Let me know your opinion on the situation.
