What do you think about foam roller? Personally I don't use them but people do say it helps with the recovery of muscles and also the soreness but yeah do you use a foam roller? Yes or no? elite

How do you summon I'm sore but I deafly don't use the norm up as much as I want and I definitely don't use them like every day so maybe if I was more consistent with that like my soreness would go down and like muscle regeneration would be better but I just don't have the energy to do it
