So aside from my training in the gym or at home Something Simple is going for a walk I just getting outside I found is very beneficial just also feels like you don't physically but also mentally as well um I would like to drive when it's sunny out and lighter out during the day now that winter is over here in Michigan and then like me in mind for young journaling and why love to hang out at the beach like finding your spot that you can just roll

I think regular massages meditation for you walking and you know just moving so instead of sitting all the time just keeping active

Are usually work out at home and love to go for walks love to go for a bike rides love swimming so it's more like natural exercises that don't involve machinery or anything like that and then other than that for like mental well-being prayer is really a big part of my life that keeps me anchored it takes the focus off of all of the challenges and allows me to work through them but just being connected to God and also having amazing community in my life

Yeah, I would definitely vouch for meditation slash breathing exercises, going for long walks, especially with no music, just so you can actually enjoy the present moment. Journaling has helped me in the past, so if you go to the parks and the bench, just write your thoughts, especially, I don't know if you're feeling a bit down or something, like it really helps, put it all in paper. and yeah, sauna works for me as well.

I'm actually really shocked that nobody said nutrition I feel like nutrition plays a huge role in your daily life with your training or not training but especially if you're training him because that has a lot to do with your mental clarity and your emotional balance so in addition to meditation for sure
