I'm for me before I work out and my warm-up usually consist of 10 minutes either on a bike or a treadmill just depending on what I'm working out that day and then also like a lot of dynamic dynamic stretching and then warming up with the weights to And then for the cool down it's kind of the same thing focus a lot on stretching and Mobility
