If you're trying to gain weight like me, you already know that you need to be eating way more calories than what you burn. You really gotta up that calorie intake, right? But when most people think of doing this, their mind goes straight to fast food or it goes to the biggest, most unhealthiest meal they can think of. But you really don't want to do that because you can gain in the wrong places and also cause yourself some health problems down the line. So I always tell people who have the same goal as me or similar, you want to get most of your calories from whole foods. to eat real food. So chicken, fish, ground turkey, veggies, fruits, these are the foods that you want to get your calories from. Not fast food, not the greasy food. Try to eat the real stuff. That way you are helping your body, you're becoming more healthy, you're not causing yourself any health problems later on, and you're actually gaining in a clean so everything that you gain goes to the right places.
