So I was just curious if anyone had any like birthday that was super significant either like in their culture or just like traditionally for me I like the Hispanic culture we have a quinceanera and stuff so like when you turn 15 you have like this huge birthday like party and then your family and friends, it's like a huge thing some people do you like sweet 16 or like bar mitzvah's what did you guys do I know normally like traditionally we would do quinceanera but like I didn't really want one growing up instead I opted for like a car so my parents found me a used car and that was it And I don't regret it honestly I don't really like a lot of attention on me and for my kids I think it depends if they really wanted something like that and it meant a lot to them I would do it for them but I wouldn't force them I know a lot of people in my culture in my family really wanted me to have one and it was really pushing for it and kind of got disappointed when I didn't want one yeah I kind of wanted to leave it up to my kids and have them decide but I want to know what people think out there like if you guys did something similar if it's super important to you and would you want your kids to have one

So I didn't have a concern at our sweet 16 but my mom like offered to take me on a trip with her anywhere in the world and I chose to go to Columbia like we go back almost every year and I love it so I want to go again

So I wasn't really raised in a family already like a sweet 16 or the quinceanera or what not so I just had a normal 16th birthday with family and that was really it
