So the other day I'm on a health journey right now. I'm trying to be healthier in general and My partner is like very supportive in this he very much like encourages me to do it and He's giving me a lot of like gentle love in it But one thing that I thought about the other day was when he was holding me accountable when I was falling off track and he was being I wouldn't call it like harsh loving but it is a bit harsh compared to like the sweeter love that he also gives and it led me to think that holding someone accountable to something that you know will be good for them it's like one of the highest forms of love because it's like it's not easy being harsh on the person you love but you're being it in order for them to be like the best versions of themselves and I think that is so beautiful and like I think if you're able to like recognize that and not take it as like personal criticism it's like one of the most beautiful things that your partner can do for you in my eyes like I think it's just a very high form of love that shows a very deep sense of them caring for you because they care about you being your best self. So yeah, I just wanted to share that. I think it's a very beautiful concept.

You know, one thing that we're losing in this generation is accountability. Nobody wants to take accountability for their actions or their downfalls. They want to make excuses, give themselves tags, like, I'm just an avoidant attachment. That's why I can't get in a relationship. No, you need therapy.
