What is like a little negative like habit you guys do because like honestly I'll do you like -5 it's like I'll watch sometimes too much TV or something I don't like it so what like when I make some negative habits you guys do your time break

I have exams coming up a tendency to have one I have exams coming up is it is somehow the one time I decide okay let me go back and watch movies and shows that I've watched millions of times because of exams so right now I've watched I watched another movie Oil Washington breaking bad series I'm watching his holdings other show right now yeah I am promotional thing to make one I'm done with this one

Oh man, I feel you. Yeah, I also do this. Apparently every TV show, every movie that I pushed off since the beginning of the year I would watch during finals and exam periods. I mean, most most TV shows, most long TV shows that I've seen, like I don't know the Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Friends, How I May Your Mother, all of them were during finals and exam periods. I don't know why I do this though, I think it's the social isolation at that time.

So I tend to be a procrastinator, especially when it's something I don't want to do. I tend to wait to be very, very last minute to get it done, and then I'm stressing myself out to make sure that it gets done. It's a horrible habit I have, and I have been trying to break it for the longest, but I made a little progress though, so I got to give myself a little credit. But yeah, That's one of my biggest goals I'm working on this year.

I do this to causes stress and I just write everything down and I look at this time and do this and then Bubba blah so like I know now I'm like things that have to be completed right away but now I'm just like OK like at least at least there like a steppingstone to it you know sound like OK this task have to be completed like 100% today with some canned some cannot so it's kind of like a good mix

I would be like I think I might buy her there is like having a little messy room sometimes but I've also like realize that it's like me like my brain chemist chemist yet like misses me up on me but social media can actually make a pretty bad habit I do have a bad habit of being on social media anyway so yeah
