What is something that you have to do before you go to bed and end the day on a good note? Like to be consciously like alright this how I'm gonna go to bed or whatever so I can just get in a good space before I fall asleep. For me I have to do my skincare routine. I used to have really bad cystic acne and now that my cystic acne is gone I like to take good care of my skin and even when I get like pimples and stuff it doesn't bother me because it's not nearly as bad as it used to be is just when I get stressed and whatnot, but doing my skincare routine like makes me feel so good and relaxed and makes me feel like I'm taking care of myself so yeah.
