So I thought I'd share a veggie hack. Um, so a lot of people already know like to get some more greens in you can put spinach in your protein shake like in a blender and you won't taste it. But another thing that I've been doing is also adding cauliflower. I usually use frozen cauliflower in my shakes or smoothies. I know it sounds really gross, but I swear you cannot taste it. Color flower takes on the taste or scent of whatever you're using. So it's just a little hack, like I said. I know it sounds like really gross but I promise you cannot taste it.
