Alright, picture this, you're in a relationship. Is it okay for you or your significant other to make new friends of the opposite gender? Do you think it's cool or is it straight up disrespectful? In my case, you know, with my partner, if anyone came into our lives beforehand, totally fine, they're welcome to stay. But if it's someone that's trying to join in now, you know, I'm gonna have some questions and I feel like it just depends on the context. But yeah, I would love to hear your two cents about this topic.

Before me and my man met he was friends with benefits was one of his best friends and when me and my boyfriend met we were friends with benefits when we were best friends and now we're together so just based on history and my history as well the same thing No neither Russian and like that doesn't mean I don't have boundaries of course people can they have boundaries but just like based off of the past so you'll just be weird

I'm 100% in favor of making friends and having other people outside of your relationship. It's not a bad thing if you have open, clear communication and if there are boundaries that need to be set that they're set and very clear, but there's nothing wrong with being friends and being friendly and kind and spending time with somebody who's not your partner.

I don't know if they don't introduce me to that person then I don't think it's OK but it's like oh OK we my girlfriend she's really cool like then like yeah it's fine I think it's more about like how they are with that person then like making like a friends with them so again so yeah that's what I think

Basically what you just said I agree with but if a person tried to come if a girl tried to come into his life like right now While we were already dating and Tried to be his friend. I wouldn't let her because like that's my man. That ain't yours like he's not yours He's not anything of yours. So like no Basically same thing with me. I wouldn't let a man come into my life at all But anything beforehand, that's totally fine.

This is a tough one, but I wouldn't get insecure about my spouse making friends.

And I agree with you as far as what you said. It really just depends on the context, honestly. Like, because everybody is not like that. And then it could be like a friend. And then they're also like a married couple or a couple. And then you guys become friends. But it just so happened like, you know, I met the, you know, the wife, because we worked together. And, you know, or my girl met the husband. You know, it really just depends on the situation.
