Sometimes a week, maybe six, just you know, kinda like it like. See when I go gym it's my fun space at that point. But it depends on it. Sometimes if I'm going out on Saturday, I take that day as a rest day as well. And on Sundays my little cheat day, but not for meals. I don't like cheating on meals. Food is the number one priority. In the gym scene, you know, it's all about what you eat rather than how much work you do. and they're pulling up together, you know, a relationship.
