Alright so I've seen that the videos and post about how close I was meant to be like Regency so I want to ask you do you take course I was honestly a colour in the winter I don't but I was in a summer that the best so they let me know

No I do not take cold showers because I like taking a shower because I like being warm in the shower I guess it's weird I guess sounds weird but now because yeah and I just always like taking a shower is like I'm tired one day I'll take a cold shower I guess lol so I like one sounds better so no

I do take cold showers and I'm not, it like doesn't bother me too much. I sometimes like them and especially if the water's too hot then yeah I'll switch to hold but I don't do it like every day but I know some people do and it's super benefit.

Nah man, I don't take cold showers like that. I need to start doing it though, because I've had there's a lot of benefits to it. So yeah, I'm after Staudungen.

Yes I have read all about the Wim Hof method and the benefits of taking cold showers and what I do actually as I alternate between cold and warm so like I do as I get the water is cold as I can handle it and I'll do it and I'll count to like 15 and then I'll switch back to hot and I alternate between those like seven times probably And that just gets everything moving your blood moving feels

Yeah, I've been taking cold showers for the past two years. About 98% of the time I do cold showers. And if I feel like getting myself a treat to have a nice hot, warm shower, why not? But majority would be cold and the benefits are very good. It puts your body in a fight or flight situation. And it allows you to, I guess, deal with stress generally better. because it's your body in a shock and it's finding this way to adapt.

I took coach hours here for actually like a week. I don't know why, but something that week, you know, just really, really want to do it. And I didn't find it too bad, but then one time I just went back to Hot Show just to see how it was. And I've never gone back to coach. So I'm standing there quite healthy in that book. Yeah, I don't know.

Yeah, like I've taken a cold shower for like 30 seconds max after that I start shaking fumbling it I don't know how people take ice baths for 10 minutes But one day I hope to have an ice ball for my garden.
