I believe it's the combination of both but it is 80% nutrition and it's 20% exercise. I think if you do a good job of balancing out both of those you get phenomenal results.
Yeah, diet, nutrition, yeah that is definitely number one. I am doing intermittent fasting and that is my number one. Everything else, exercise and stuff, that stuff can wait until I get a little stronger.

Diet definitely has more efficacious effect, but obviously yes, both are important But you can have a healthy diet and just do simple things like walking daily and that's a good balance as well
