Guys, what's most important in losing weight? Diet or exercise? Me personally, I think it's diet, but both play a big part.

Yeah, I agree. Diet first. That'll start getting you where you need to go. Then you can add some exercise once you're in a little bit better shape.

I believe it's the combination of both but it is 80% nutrition and it's 20% exercise. I think if you do a good job of balancing out both of those you get phenomenal results.

Yeah, diet, nutrition, yeah that is definitely number one. I am doing intermittent fasting and that is my number one. Everything else, exercise and stuff, that stuff can wait until I get a little stronger.

I think both are important but I'm a have to say diet for that your diet definitely affects a lot then within your body so definitely die

Any real workout people will always say diet. They'll say you can work out five times a day Seven days a week, but if you don't got no diet you just wasting your time.

It's genetics bro still like if you have like fat jeans, bro, you're gonna be fat regardless So everything else comes after that, you know It's gonna be way harder for you to lose that way if your genetics are fat naturally. I think I sound stupid but still

Diet definitely has more efficacious effect, but obviously yes, both are important But you can have a healthy diet and just do simple things like walking daily and that's a good balance as well

Yo bro, both dude, I- alright, Pete, you can lose weight with just dieting, and you can lose weight with just exercising. But you really, really lose weight and get healthy and fit by doing both, so don't skimp on either.
