Sometimes it doesn't necessarily clear my mind it gets me thinking more though about different topics such as like the health in the fitness like it really gets me thinking about my own weight loss journey and what I can do to better it and learn more

I think that talking on stereo for me, I would say it helps clear my mind. It's something that I do once a day so yeah to an extent it's not too bad still but I see why it would work for other people.

Stereo, talking to others through stereo, I think it helps me realize like when I hear the voice of someone, especially when they say some stupid stuff or something to try to like get under your skin. It's like, it's like it's different from text because you realize you hear what they're saying. You hear the jokingness and you hear it's not that serious. If that makes sense.

It's just different, you know, it's like we're just talking and you just saying crazy stuff and sounding so not out of line, but just Different from everyone else in a way or it's like noticeable more in my opinion. I hope that makes sense I'm sorry if it doesn't but anyway clearing my mind. I mean Definitely clears out any tension I receive when I'm reading someone's text Yeah, I suppose we're gonna describe it
