I do it every single time. Man, it's so important to stretch before you work out. But I get it. people just want to get over and done with by eye stretch every single time.

For now, I don't stretch before my workouts, but I think it is something that I should add. I don't know what it is, I just get to the gym and I forget I just go straight into whatever I'm doing, I'm doing but yeah I should definitely add it and I will.
