Okay stereo, I'm back with a update. So today I actually had a pretty good day up until I came home from after running my errands and I got a phone call from a former friend of mine who decided to kind of rip into me for absolutely no reason because people seem to think that they can play with and toy with my emotions and sometimes when you pull the rug out from underneath someone who is not ready to have someone just abruptly leave can obviously resurface some issues to come to the surface and I definitely caught myself like having an negative mindset and I definitely wanted to cuss this person out but I did not what I ended up doing was just continuing to remain calm I let him speak and then after I was done listening to him I abruptly blocked him and I will probably never see or talk to him ever again I am just gonna tell you all right now keep your circle small know who your friends are and know who your enemies are and know who to stay the freak away from protect your energy and love yourself and choose yourself put yourself in a better mind state and be more positive encouraging and uplifting because that is probably the best quality that you can ever have is the confidence immaturity to rise above any challenge that you are presented with
