I said waist train not weight train. Waist train is that little fucking thing that ****** be slipping over they stomach that compacts they organs together. Like that shit decreases your appetite and it gives you trouble eating and shit and that also shrinks your organs and your fucking stomach.

What was you talking about waist train? I looked that bitch up and it just showed a bunch of corsets. But even then, corsets just make you have a little bit of an hourglass figure and make it more defined. They don't make your entire torso get cut in half.

And I looked it up. The effects aren't long lasting. They're temporary. It's like underwear, like a push-up bra. You can wear a push-up bra all the fuck you want. That don't make your titties stay up permanently. Titties still gonna be the same size once you take the bra off. Same thing with waist trainers and corsets. The effects are temporary, and they're meant as clothing or underwear. They don't just make that bitch just lose her entire torso and just make her rib cage the size of a tiny-ass pencil.

The thing is, it may be temporary, but not eating can also result in your stomach getting smaller as well. I mean, if you look at her other photos, you can clearly see that the top half of her body is bigger than the bottom half. Like, way bigger. Which is where her ribcage is at, that's the thing. I'm not saying that her ribcage got smaller or anything. I'm saying that her waist and her stomach got smaller probably from the waist trainer, or from her not eating. That's where that comes from. Because I see it, I've seen this before.

If you're using a waist trainer on top of not eating, then that shape is probably possible. I mean, I didn't eat for like five days and my stomach really shrunk a lot. I mean, I didn't have a waist trainer on, so obviously I didn't have that hourglass figure, but I was looking at other photos she has and she has that hourglass figure.
