It's not the dog breed. It's how you raise the dog. It's how you raise the dog

That's actually quite true. My dog's really aggressive and she's tiny and someone walks past the door, you let her out and she tries to go for them. And then you actually need to scream for her to not **** them, if you get what I mean.

If you can find me one chihuahua that isn't consistently hot-headed, I'll believe you.

I mean, I had a dog named Teddy, and, you know, she wasn't entirely hot-headed, but she wasn't 100% chihuahua either. But she was the sweetest dog I've ever owned.

Literally facts. I've owned pit bulls like my whole life. They're literally the best dogs ever. It's literally the person that raises them, not the breed. I also own two wolf dogs. People are scared of them all the time. But, you know, I love dogs so much. They're so fucking cute.

Bro, you could have the most friendly dog breed in the world but because you raised it and treat it like shit, it'll be the most aggressive dog that anyone's ever met. Where you could have like a fucking cane corso or a pit bull and if you treat it well it could be the friendliest thing on the planet, man.

Nah, I'm sorry, I'm going to have to totally disagree with this because you can look at statistics and studies and everything and just, you see the difference. Like there's some dogs that are just more aggressive than others. Of course, sometimes their environment can shape that, but sometimes the environment also just doesn't matter. What's bred into them is what's bred into them.

Because even here like there was a couple who had two pit bulls for eight years. And last year their pit bulls mauled their baby and toddler to death and also mauled the mom. And she was in the hospital for like months. So they were raised properly. They were trained, loved, and they just it just happens sometimes. It just happens.

realistically you're an idiot the statistics aren't what we're talking about because what you're saying is statistics show otherwise which fair enough pit bulls are naturally more aggressive because they were bred to be fighting dogs hence the reason they have such a flat face whereas golden retrievers are you know typical it's a typical family dog they're naturally a friendly dog right but i'm saying the impact your the parent of the dog has all over the impact of the um the breed has is way more significant

Like, you can have a guy that has a golden retriever for instance, and because he treats it like absolute dog shit, the dog will be really aggressive, and most of the time, the aggressive dogs, they're only aggressive out of fear, whereas you can have a cane courser or a pit bull, and because it's being trekked right, and you know, it's being trained right, it would never harm anybody. They're naturally more aggressive on instinct, but you can get that instinct out of them if you train them right.

said sometimes their environment can change that no 100% every single time the environment is the most significant factor in how a dog will behave if it is in a terrible environment it will behave more hastily and more aggressively towards other people and other animals out of fear or out of um out of cure not curiosity out of fear or just because it doesn't know what who like what's gonna happen whereas if it's brought up in a good environment and it knows not to do these things because it's been trained right and you know brought up right then it will never harm a person

but that's the thing you can have a pitbull for eight years and eventually um like you might you might have treated it right at first and then you might have neglected that dog or like not only neglected it um they might have hit the dog they might have mistrepped the dog and it just flips or switching the dog and then on top of all of that they have a new baby um which makes the dog feel less lonely because dogs can become depressed by the way so the dog's got all this shit going on plus it's now lonely it's getting that it feels depressed whatever and it gets aggressive from it

okay so there's multiple things going on here because it's just like environment trained okay but at the end of the day when it comes to like a poodle or a chihuahua or Labrador or a beagle you know what I mean these breeds like you can pretty much have a handle on them even if they **** if they nip you know what I mean it's not that dangerous they don't have kill power they don't have jaws
Antworten
Link zu Post kopieren
Yeah, so these breeds, it's like they don't have like the kill power, they don't have the jaw power, you know, so we can't ignore the fact that pit bulls and other dogs like it, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, they have the ability to lock their jaws, and they have a very, very strong ****. They can rip flesh, you know what I mean, and they have, again, like they make up for more than half of, like, I think, upwards to like 76, 72, 76% of dog attacks and deaths.

And it's the fact that with pit bulls it becomes even more obscured because there are so many different triggers that people, they don't really know what can set them off at any moment, which makes it that much more dangerous because they are a powerful breed. So if you don't know really what's going to trigger them off, you're just at the mercy of a trigger that you don't know when it's going to be switched. That makes it even more dangerous.

Okay, cool. All dogs nip. All dogs nip when they're babies, right? And it's how you train them from young, which shows them not to do that. If you left a pit bull and just let him keep nipping, he'd eventually start biting, right? If you left a fucking a Labrador or a poodle to do that, they would eventually start biting because they don't see nothing wrong with it. You have to tell them that it's not okay. You have to put that into their brain. The only difference is they're not as aggressive naturally as other dogs, so they might not do it as hard. They will still do it if not.

You said they don't have kill power, they don't have jaws. Every dog has kill power. Every medium, large sized dog, a poodle could kill a person, a golden retriever, a labrador, they could all kill a person. They're still dogs. They still have canines. They still have strong jaws, way stronger than human jaws. If a dog wanted to **** you and didn't want to let you go, you wouldn't be able to get out of it. Doesn't matter what dog breed it is. They're all, they can all be dangerous. Like I said, it's how you bring them up. You have to just, you have to make them know that it's not OK to do those things

So yeah, like I do hear what you're saying As far as like training their environment making sure they're getting plenty of exercise and attention and things like that But I do think we still need to understand the type of breed it is and take precautions when it comes to owning them You know don't have them around tiny children Just loose being able to run here and there Yeah
