So yeah, you can't, you can't, you can't bulk or any shit like that. You gotta, you gotta just put in more steps in a day and it's like really hard to get out of because you gotta, you gotta try a lot harder. But once you get out of it, it's pretty easy from there. You just gotta take a couple months for dedication and all that, but yeah.
