How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days is such a classic rom-com, but basic plot or premise is a girl trying to drive a man away by doing the things that women seemingly do wrong in relationships like being too clingy or needy, shrill, things like that. And then the guy has this bet where he can land the girl, take her to this event. And if he gets her to fall in love with him, he wins this bet. So it's funny, she's trying to drive him away and he's trying to manage or handle how high-maintenance she is. Eh, different strokes for different folks in real life. Good idea, though, to avoid being over-the-top about those things in general, probably. It tends to be toxic in real life. So, usually stems from a lot of insecurities, maybe some past trauma, I don't know. But see a therapist. Improve yourself. Work on it.
