We've got this guy, Joe Donald, a Republican representative from South Dakota, claiming that God spoke to him about Donald Trump stepping foot at Mount Rushmore this 4th of July, bringing a breakthrough with the Constitution of some sort. He mentions witchcraft, communism, demonic entities and spirits at the altar of the Black Hills. I'm not really sure what to make of this. Do we think he's on to something or is this guy paddling with one oar in the water?
