Yeah, it's gone bro, you don't need to starve yourself. Because getting lean and shit and not eating properly, that gives you muscle definition but it isn't actually muscle. So, eat properly man.

Exactly my point man. I'm not trying to get lean. It's just I've been like this I was literally 45 kilograms just three months ago. So you can imagine where that comes from, right? But yeah, no, I'm eating I'm eating more focusing on that Obviously broke like I can't fucking work out every day and just not eat right like that's literally me fucking Ruining myself, but it's getting better This is the only reason why I've created this so I can you know, like measure the progress that I've made 18 so I want to be like fucking you know, really good by the time I'm 20 22, but yeah
