So I've been trying to have a lucid dream and I started Thursday and when I try to have a lucid dream like I didn't have a dream at all and this is Thursday Friday and then Saturday I'm at a movie so I didn't try that night but I had a dream that the night and then the next day Sunday I had another dream and both of them were vivid dreams I can remember each and everyone of those dreams but it's like when I try to lose a dream I could at least dream so I just need tips and I need help on How can I when I'm dreaming how can I just remember like OK this is the dream on the training and I'd be able to control my dreams from there that's all
