They could be either, but there's obviously a reason they don't get respect. Firefighters get respect because they do their job and they do it correctly. and they actually serve citizens, EMTs, they get respect for a reason.

The true good cops are doing their jobs. And the other ones who are wearing a badge or hiding behind a badge are pathetic pussy ass motherfuckers who think they're bad, but in reality they're fucking nothing. pathetic

It kind of depends on the cop, but I feel like most cops think that they're above the law. But there definitely are good cops out there, so... Yeah

All cops are not bad, that's just a fact, but most of them are bad and at the very least they're implicit in cooperating with a toxic cop culture.
