Oh, that's a good question because I just really sat here and thought about this and I was like I don't always have time to go to my way and do anything extra But I feel like just being a good decent human being with fucking good manners is being kind. So holding the door Compliments just Smiling at somebody just being kind, you know, it's got to go off the handles on every little thing that makes you offend it things like that good post

It's so true. The smallest action can change somebody's day. Just that smile, just a little compliment. That can be a whole difference for somebody's day. You never have to do something big.

As an example, if they were getting off a bus and they had a lot going on, that would help.

One of the ways I show kindness is to let them know that they are being heard, to let them express themselves. The practice actually lets me reflect back to them when I hear them speak.
