All right, so out of curiosity to most of you guys either have a plan of workout Before you go to the gym or do you just kind of freeform around because I don't really pick what my workouts are? I just mostly go with whatever I feel like will work best for the day
Yeah, I'm the same way mainly because the time that I go it's really packed so even if I were to plan it out most of the racks and the weights and the machines would be taken so I just see something and I go for it.
