okay so I only I'm on this because I got a reminder from my dad that somebody that I follow posted um so I guess I just kind of want to say that school's starting up for me soon and I'm really fucking nervous and like I am terrified because it's my first time going into public school in six years so thoughts and prayers for me I'm having a panic attack and not eating because of it so if anyone can give me any advice on how to calm those nerves it'd be great
