Probably about five minutes ago. I've not been well so it's been really hard. So yeah that's why I just cried. Yeah things look got better.

So I actually like teared up a little bit like an hour ago because I we were reaching out to a nonprofit, me and the two other students who are trying to organize this organization on our college campus and we got really good news and it looks like things are falling into place.

I think it was recently because I was watching this anime called Kotaro lives alone and like, you know I pretty much teared up because it's about this kid who lives alone who's not living with his parents. He's like four years old.

I'm such a sensitive person that I cry over anything but recently I cried over a sad movie thank God it wasn't about some guy I met online

It's really good to get you a good cry out, so there's nothing wrong with that, but honestly, I can't even remember the last time I cried.

The end of last month, because I lost my mom five years ago, and I'd never let myself grieve until now. So I've been grieving, and I'm not really much of a crier. So I'm just going to let you know that I'm not really a crier.

I cried yesterday because my social anxiety was so crippling. It just made me cry and I just stayed at home because I was getting cold.

Just now I've put the music on to help me do the cleaning upstairs and I've got it on shuffle and two of the songs that came on back to back were really emotional songs. So I had to sit down and just have a good cry.

Thank you for the response Bex, I appreciate you. Yeah, let it out, let it out. Sometimes I feel like it's a pressure gauge and it needs to come out. And it's better to let it out when you can control it rather than it just going rawr. I appreciate you.

Yep, and that's exactly what it was. It was controlled. I comforted myself, took myself out for a cigarette, gave myself a glass of water in a moment to just breathe, and now I'm laughing at my pussycat because I'm trying to put up this mirror and it just keeps sitting on it.

Sometimes when I feel like having a really good cry, I'll watch coming home videos. Those always get me and I'm always just bawling because I don't have a reason to cry for sadness, so I cry for happiness, if that makes sense.

Yeah that does Kimberly, that makes perfect sense. Like I said to someone else, I think sometimes emotions are like a pressure gauge and it's better to let it out in a way that you can manage. I like that though, yeah. Sometimes I enjoy Good Cry. And home videos are good.
