When you go to post this thing, there should be a little camera emoji. Just click that and you'll be able to put a picture.

You click the plus you put create a soundbite and then when it pops up you're going to see you like a couple of icons at the bottom is the camera icon is the third one you just click it and you can click a video or a picture
